The Youth Advocate (YA) engages with scholars over a 2.5-year period, beginning in the spring semester, to provide consistent and impactful support. Ideal candidates for this part-time position should have a background in the arts, social justice, community organizing, or education. The role involves working primarily on Saturdays from September through May, focusing on fostering a supportive and enriching environment for students.
