This was the second day of writing workshops with Karla. Here she spent some one – on – one time which each student. She spoke with them regarding where they were in comparison to the previous week, how and if they wanted to change/improve what they had. On this day, the advocates reviewed with scholars what they would need in order to fill out their FAFSA. While Karla worked with students one – on – one, the mentors tended to students, preparing them for their meeting with Karla and helping those who were had issues/questions.
