The Parsons Scholars Program provides youth from under-represented backgrounds the opportunity to explore art & design in a college environment.
Accepted students receive college credit while preparing for the college admissions process at no cost to them. (Note: this is a pre-college scholarship, and not a college scholarship.) For more information, download our information sheet here.
The Parsons Scholars Program is a college access program for NYC public high school students who are passionate about pursuing higher education in art and design. Parsons Scholars dedicate their Saturdays and summers to studio coursework and workshops which expose them to a range of exciting art and design careers and majors.

Today the seniors continued to put finishing touches on their work; stitching loose ends, sewing voodoo dolls, and combining video footage till their hard work finally paid off! Their capstone projects were complete, and it was finally time to hang the exhibition in the Social Justice Hub at The New School. But how do you hang an exhibition?! The seniors worked together with Nadia Williams and Anthony Bryant to curate a space that was unified by the identity and diversity of everyone in their exhibition.
